Return policy

We at Advanced Line Telecom Corporation believe in 100% customer service and strive to satisfy all customers of Advanced Line for Communications. We always try our best to take care of our valued customers.
In the event that any product you have purchased is damaged or incorrect, you may return your item. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to Advanced Telecom Line in a resale and unused condition. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories or free gifts within 7 days from the day it was delivered.
These categories cannot be returned:
1. A product has been used or not in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
2. Products that have been used or installed.
3. Tampered products or missing serial numbers.
4. Products that do not have their identification card and are missing their requirements.
5. Digital products.

Important Notes:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may ask you to share photos or videos with the order number. You will be given a link to upload photos and video by us.
• If you received a damaged product, you must inform the shipping company within 3 days of delivery.
Please ensure that all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during the shipment.

Return Policy:

Once we have received your item for inspection, we will send an email to inform you that we have received your item. We’ll also let you know that your refund request was approved or denied.
If approved, a refund will be processed, and the balance will be refunded automatically on the credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days, according to the policies of your card issuer.

Late or missing amounts (if any):

• If you haven’t received any money yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the payment is formally posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some time to process before a refund is made in your account.
